How can I help you with your Heckler and Koch service and support?

Service cost:

I charge a flat rate of $50 per hour/per project for labor. The level of complexity to complete the task will determine how many hours are required. Please contact me to discuss the level of detail for your project.

If parts are needed as part of the service, they can be provided by the customer or I can source them and add their cost to the overall invoice.

A work order form will be provided to the customer and should be filled out and sent with the project.

Shipping:

Return shipping and insurance are up to the preference of the customer. I recommend UPS or FedEx; please specify. A $5 processing fee will be applied to each work order.

Repair projects do not require shipment between FFLs, only transfer of ownership. Regardless though, a copy of my FFL will be provided for shipment.

Payment:

My goal is to provide the best service possible, not to make a hefty profit margin. I also value trust above all else. As such, I do not expect payment until you have received your project and are happy with my service.

When complete, an invoice, covering the work completed, any recommendations, as well as the associated cost and return tracking information will be emailed to the customer. Upon receipt of the package, payment can be made via check or PayPal.
